1. Service operator and contact
ReelsCut is operated by P/E Artem Shtanov, 49 Besarion Zhgentis Street, Floor 1, Flat 20, Vakis District, Tbilisi, Georgia.

2. The service
ReelsCut is an online video-editing service for vertical talking-head recordings. You upload recordings and use the service to request an edited video.
After an eligible render, you can view a full preview marked with a ReelsCut watermark. After payment unlocks the order, you can download the clean video file without that watermark.
You are responsible for the recordings, people depicted, and permissions needed to upload and process the material.
3. Prohibited content
You must not upload, submit for processing, request that we edit, or share through ReelsCut any NSFW, adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit video content.
We may decline or stop processing an order that violates this rule and may restrict access where necessary.
4. Revisions
An order may have up to two revision rounds before payment and up to ten revision rounds after the paid clean file is unlocked. Pre-payment revision rounds do not reduce the ten post-payment rounds. A revision limit applies to the individual video order.
5. Plans, quota, and payment
The Pricing section and checkout show the current plans, video allowances, one-off purchase option, price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes or charges. The price and terms shown at checkout form part of your order.
Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed yearly and upfront. Their video allowance resets each month, and unused videos do not roll over. A one-off video purchase is separate from plan allowances.
A recurring plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is processed by Creem as merchant of record.
6. Delivery and cancellation
We provide the service without undue delay. If a delivery time is not agreed at checkout, the applicable consumer-law delivery rule applies.
For a recurring plan, select Manage subscription in your account to open the Creem Customer Portal. There you can cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access covered by the current paid period until it ends, unless checkout states otherwise.
7. Refunds and service issues
Contact support@reelscut.ai for a refund request or service issue. We assess requests case by case. We refund a duplicate charge or the affected charge if we cannot deliver the eligible clean file.
If a delivered output has a verified technical fault, we first offer a correction. If the fault cannot be corrected, we refund the affected charge. A change-of-mind request is not an automatic refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

8. Changes to the service
We may change the service where needed to operate, secure, improve, or comply with law. Material changes to a paid recurring service will be communicated where required by applicable law and the agreement at checkout.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the service operator in Georgia, without limiting consumer protections that apply to you by law.
