Cancel your subscription

We provide the service without undue delay. If a delivery time is not agreed at checkout, the applicable consumer-law delivery rule applies.

For a recurring plan, Manage subscription in your account opens the customer portal of the provider that processed your payment (Creem or Stripe/Link). There you can cancel before the next renewal. For purchases processed by Link, you can also manage orders, subscriptions, and payment methods on the Link website. Cancellation stops future renewals and carries no cancellation fee. You retain access covered by the current paid period until it ends, unless checkout states otherwise.

Refunds, disputes, and service issues

Contact support@reelscut.ai for a refund request or service issue. We assess requests case by case. We refund a duplicate charge or the affected charge if we cannot deliver the eligible clean file.

For a purchase processed by Link, you can also contact Link support for payment or subscription issues and refund requests.

If a delivered output has a verified technical fault, we first offer a correction. If the fault cannot be corrected, we refund the affected charge. A change-of-mind request is not an automatic refund.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support@reelscut.ai or, for a purchase processed by Link, Link support before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer, so the charge can be reviewed and corrected. If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may pause access tied to the disputed charge while it is reviewed, and we may share the order details, service records, and these Terms with the payment provider to respond to it.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
